המעבדה הינה יוזמה ארגונית חדשה, אולם חברי מחקר במעבדה עסקו גם בשנים קודמות בנושאי המעבדה – התחדשות עירונית, דיור ופיתוח קהילתי – במסגרת המרכז לחקר העיר והאזור. תוצרי הפעילות המחקרית שלהם מוצגים בשתי הרשימות שלהלן, האחת עם פרסומים מאז 2006, והשנייה – פריטים נבחרים ישנים יותר.
